For a tasty and convenient breakfast, try these overnight oats made with juicy canned fruit. This deliciously filling morning meal will keep you going till lunchtime and little ones will love the fruity flavour. Quick, easy and can be prepared in minutes!

Method

1Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover and pop into the fridge overnight

2Top with your favourite nuts, seeds or some granola, it’s completely up to you

120g of good quality oats

80-120mls of semi-skimmed milk

80-120mls Greek yoghurt

Half x 410g can of peach slices in juice, drained

Half x 298g can of mandarin segments in juice, drained

Pinch of cinnamon
